We were extremely disappointed with PCMLoan.com We applied for a home loan and were promised that we would receive a response within 24 hours. We never received a response so we called the customer service number and left a message. A representative called us back almost immediately and said that they could not process our application because our credit score was too low. We told them we had already applied for multiple loans and our credit score was only 360 out of 500 They then informed us that if we ever wanted to apply for another loan it would have to be through another company because PCMLoan was no longer providing good customer service. We definitely wouldnt recommend this company to anyone

This company is a complete scam. The loan officer was very unprofessional and made it very difficult to get the loan I wanted. He also told me that if I did not close the loan within a certain number of days he would tell my bank that I had not paid my mortgage on time which would result in being taken off my home equity line of credit and having to sell my home. This is a total scam Do not give them your money or even speak to them.

I was this companys customer for over a year. They never did anything for me. I would not recommend them to anyone.This company is just a waste of time and money. I had the pleasure of using their software numerous times and it never worked for me ever. The people who make up the business model are nothing more than scammers and thieves all working together to try and harm the people that they claim to represent. Patronizing these guys is like engaging in Voodoo not worth your time or money.I hope that some day this company gets caught up in the fraud which is what they are always doing- scamming businesses into extinction. Right now its taking way too long.
