I have never had suchpoor customer service. I called them multiple times and they would not take my calls. They said they did not have any information about what I was asking for. When I asked them to send me a confirmation email they refused. Finally after speaking with another customer service representative I received an email which said that the person who answered my phone did not understand my question and would not be able to help me because he was too busy. This company is terrible and does not deserve one penny of the money that people are spending on their services.

Pcnstrategies.com is a website that sells PCN Strategies which is a software development services company. I found the website to be very unprofessional and it had terrible grammar. The site also said that Pcnstrategies was founded in 2006 but it actually existed from 2003.

I have had two problems with this company in a short time. The first was when they tried to get me a deal on a computer for my work and it only took like 30 seconds to do the job right I thought something was wrong when I received the computer and it was not what I expected. The second problem was more about their customer service. They are such as need for escalation techniques that just make it difficult for me to have good communication with them. Overall I dont think company pcnstrategies is doing anything worth while.
