PROBLEM I attempted to sign up for a pcr account and was told that my name and email were not in the system. I entered my information verified my email address and tried again. This time I was successful and was able to login. However when I checked my account online it showed that there is no pcr account registered with this name or email address. I am very disappointed with this company because they do not seem to be in the business of providing good customer service.

Ive had to call them multiple times because my computer is not working and they are not able to help me fix it. Save your money and go somewhere else.
