I bought my pcsynergy.com retail shipping technology solution online and it was a return as I had not received my order in the mail or there was something the customer service did not like. I am very disappointed with that as they should be ashamed of themselves. I have now sent them a message asking for a refund and an original purchase we will see if we can get a better response than that.The company pcsynergy.com does not seem to be happy with their customers. They have set up a feedback form to this effect but have already sent out multiple messages about their product and how it shouldnt be needed in the first place.
