I was this companys customer service representative and the years that I have been using PDME.COM have not been good. The phone numbers in the website are a recruiting tool for companies who need someone to talk to and because of the way the company is structured I was given the impression that they were run by people who had more time on their hands and were not committed to making things easy for customers. The best thing aboutPDME.COM was the ability to change my own login information and get myself a password manager which I found after even first use. However since then it has stopped working well especially when I try to create passwords with it now as an old man.The worst part about this company is how it seems like they never care about their customers or what they do. When I asked someone on line how they would find out if they were having trouble with a password they said nobody knows anything and we dont

IJustine I am very disappointed with the service that I received from MRO. In addition to being late with my order they also did not want a meeting because they are in the business of selling office products. The items i ordered were great but MRO should be ashamed of themselves and this is their livelihood directly in danger due to their actions. Overall Im sorry letting them off first hand and would not recommend them at all.
