DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE WORST. I HAD TO CONTACT THEM ABOUT MY ADSL BECAUSE MY CO-OP WAN WAS GOING OUT AND THEY SAID THAT I NEEDED TO PAY FOR A NEW ADSL CABLE. THEN WHEN I SAVED MY CREDIT CARD AGAIN THEY SAY IT WOULD BE CLOSED UNTIL OCTOBER. SO I CALLED THEM AGAIN AND ANSWERED THEIR PHONE NUMBER AND CONFIRMED THAT MY CO-OPERATIVE WOULD BE CLOSED UNTIL OCTOBER. THEN ON OCTOBER 3RD OF THIS YEAR JUST AS WE MOVED INTO OUR NEW APARTMENT THE COMPANY GIVEN US A bill for 100 FOR ACTUAL SERVICE DONE WITH THEIR COMPANY - EVEN IF OUR WIRELESS NETWORK WAS DISCONNECTED FOR MORE THAN 24 HOURS SO NOW WE CANT EVEN

I started using DX last year when I joined my now former company. DX was of immense help to me during that time. I have continued to use it ever since and am highly recommend it. However recently I have found that DX has become difficult to use due to the amount of help its required for daily operations. myself included often find myself in hours of effort because no one was response to our issues until they were too late. I have never had such terrible experience with customer service The best thing to do is to not even use their site at all. Every day feels like a new issue is added to the list.
