I did not have a good experience with the company pearlthoughts.com. The chatbots they create are absolutely terrible and I couldnt even make them work. They just seemed to be really scripted and didnt do anything that actually made my business process easier. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The site is terrible for user review score and here are some examples - They offer no customer service support and are very difficult to work with- The chatbots are all Doing their thing while youre on the phone but eventually hang up- I even got a guy to start saying iya oi Ia when he was about to break down- Overall its an terrible site that doesnt do anything for your business workflow or quality of life.

The platform makes it difficult to keep track of your accomplishments and how you can improve upon yourself. Additionally the platform doesnt allow you to easily track down who took care of a task or article you wrote. I found this problem with company pearlthoughts.com because they never seemed to take care of tasks I had on hand. I would not recommend this business management platform to anyone.
