I just chefd the company pegasustechsolutions. I realized that this company is completely different from any other I had worked with before. What seems to be the main focus of this company is on enterprise-level managed services for enterprise companies. While the services they offer are similar I was not excited about their idea for a while. The service they provide does not look very efficient or first-class.The customer service here is either terrible or unhelpful. I have had to call multiple times to get my questions answered and each time its somebody who has no idea what theyre talking about told me that we could go ahead and do the service without me and our team going through all of their materials and so on etc. Its barely recognizable as customer service at all. Finally they are asking you to pay them in order to give you some hope that something might happen. But it doesnt seem like theres ever going to be enough
