Im not happy with the company pei.com. I had to switch from another provider because of their terrible customer service. The new provider is much better but I still dont like how the company handles problems. They never seem to get back to you about anything and they always say theres no way they can fix the problem. This makes it difficult to work with them and even more difficult to get my money back.

I was this companys service provider for a while and was very satisfied. However recently Ive become aware of some their services that are no longer being offered by them. I recommend youR not use them any longer.We are currently using Pei as our IT services provider for Colorado and have been very happy with their services. However they have now ceased providing service to other states. We suggest youR use another provider instead.

I just wanted to let you know that I have had some negative experience withPei.com and I think it might be due to the companys past history with PEI. I started using them in the past for IT services for small businesses in Colorado. It was great at first but since then they have not done anything to improve their service. They say they are working on a new system but I havent received any updates on when that will be. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
