I have used this company a few times now and I have to say that they are absolutely terrible. The first time I worked with them the work was done very quickly but when I asked for some changes the client refused to let me make them. They also charged me more than what I wanted to pay which made me really mad. Overall this company is not worth it and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I terrible customer service from pekandesigns.com. The customer service was nothing more than to tell me that they didnt have the product I needed and to go and buy it. I told them we would get back to us when we got it. We got no response. We called again and they said they would call back with the product number. They never did. So we sent an email asking for a refund and kept trying. We even sent a message to their personal email account but there was no response. We started abusive emailing and online comments about our situation because we were not getting any help or a refund. Finally they sent someone to visit us and say Thank you for reaching out Our team is now working on your order and will process it quickly. Nothing happened until we received a email from them saying Our team is now working on your order and will process it quickly. In reality our team is not currently working on your order because
