I have just sent a letter of complaint to the companys management about the quality of their software development tools. Penalogix - Software Development Company IT Solutions is not meeting my expectations on many levels. The customer service has been bad polite but unhelpful when I have needed to file a support request for this product or that function in penalogix.pk they have not had the time to get back to me as much as they should and there has been very littleatenstructure or improvement in the quality of the products Ive used Im currently using an update to your software development tool and am despairing over how much work it is to just get it fixed by the next release Thank you for your time and effort but I would be grateful if you could just address my concerns so that I can continue using your tool with good results.
