They keep making mistakes sending me wrong information and generally not doing a good job. Their customer service is also terrible. If you want to get your IT services from someone who is going to be unreliable and incompetent then go with Pendello Solutions

does not seem to be what it seemsPendello Solutions does not seem to be what it seems. The website is very misleading with the title KC Managed IT Services. It actually provides services for companies in Kansas City Missouri. The website says that Pendello Solutions can help you with all of your IT needs and it sounds like they would be a great choice for anyone looking to improve their companys online presence. However after researching this company further I found that they are not even registered with KCSTA They do not appear to have any affiliation whatsoever with KCManagedITServices.com or the city of Kansas City. Very disappointed in this company and will never use them again

I just signed up with Pendello Solutions. I have never had a good experience with anything he has done for me. The first time I had to call him about a issue with my account and he was very unprofessional and didnt really care aboutFanning the flames of controversy. The second time was when he wanted to add a new service called Pendlloaaans Management ano. I saw some reviews which said it wasnt really what it said on the box and that it was probably scams. I dont think I have mentioned this before but Pendlloaaans Management is just one of many tricks they use to try and make you leave their service. Do not waste your money on this company - go somewhere else.Pendello Solutions is nothing more than a scam

Pendello Solutions is a horrible company. I have had to call them 3 times now to get my name changed to something less important than Pendello Solutions. This is a business of IT services not man health services. The last time I had to call they said it was a plate issue and to go see the manager. I have been this well taken care of company for years and its now causing some peoples butthurt fits.I am sorry to say that Pendello Solutions has become a business of leftovers and service fees. Their customer service is nil and their excuseableness isnt good enough. They are not worth the money you spend on them. If you want quality services go somewhere else.Pendello Solutions is a terrible business like this without me recommending them to others
