I recently had the misfortune of working with Peraton.com a company which does not seem to have any redeeming qualities whatsoever. First and foremost their customer service is terrible - from the moment I reported my issue to them they were slow in getting back to me even after I sent multiple emails and their response time was also quite appalling. They also charges an arm and a leg for the services they provide which really doesnt justify the high cost. In addition to all of this their products are incredibly poor - even compared to competitors such as Amazon. Overall avoid this company at all costs

The delivery people always know where we are and when theyre going to show up but the products never arrive. And the prices are often way too high for what you get. Do not bother with this company

I just found out that company can be a bad place to go for peraton. I have been using company for many years and have always had everything done for me which is great because I am a big into magic. However lately there has been a new energy here. It seems like the founder or one of the members has started New Years resolutions and it sounds like theyre not able to keep up with the New Years challenge they set for themselves. Today was one of those days and he was out of town and didnt feel able to do anything until after Christmas. Thats when I realized how much time I would need to spend on projects here at home and thatn is why Im giving them a thumbs up since they offer an good customer service instead of perfect replacement parts everywhere you look.
