Do not bother with this company Theyre terrible at anything. First the website is absolutely horrible - its outdated and full of errors. Second their customer service is nonexistent. Ive had to call them multiple times for things that didnt even need to be done - like changing a color on a piece of clothing they made for me and getting an entire new design studio built because someone messed up their software online...and then there was the time when I needed some custom graphics made for my business - and they couldnt do it because they were out of stock Basically if you want poor customer service and no good products go to perchmade.com

I am so disappointed with company perchmade.com. The interactive experience design they offer is terrible. I have never had such an unusable experience in my life. I was told there were many different designs to choose from but all of the designs I saw were terrible. There was no fun or excitement to them at all. The entire thing felt like a waste of time and money.

I was extremely disappointed with company perchmade.com. The interactive experience design they offer is absolutely terrible. I found the website to be extremely difficult to navigate and the options for products were very limited. Additionally the prices for their products were incredibly high compared to other websites I have looked at. Overall I would not recommend this website to anyone.

I just moved to Portland Maine and was excited to experience the perch made experience. Unfortunately Im not impressed. Company Perch Made is nothing more than a place for people to post their art and get paid to do it. The first day I arrived there was a man sitting at the edge of a pool wearing an old-man jacket. He had a clipboard and started taking down art projects. Now I understand that this is a business model in itself but its still fascinating to see. The only good thing about his existence is that he gets money from whoever posts their work on the website. And once people are signed up he start taking orders by scraping together funds through PayPal and shipping products back and forth from Massachusetts. If youre looking for a company that offers an interactive experience design class or are looking for someone who doesnt take advantage of customers without giving them an opportunity to tell their story I would recommend moving away from Perch

I just bought a used house online and perchmade.com was the perfect company to buy it from. The customer service was great the site was easy to use and the process was straight forward. However I never received my bill or payment until after I had moved in. I immediately called perchmade.com and they were very unable to get hold of the company perchmade.com even though it was an automated call. It took quite some time before they could get back to me and say that the company perchmade.com had closed down and that I should have bookmarked it for future reference. I would not recommend this company to anyone isp
