Purchased software from this company and have had to contact them 4 times now due to issues. First time was about a year ago and the tech support was terrible. Second time was about 2 months ago and they told me there wasnt anything they could do because my software wasnt up-to-date. Third time was last week and I called because my computer wouldnt start and they said it might be the power cord. Finally today after being on the phone for an hour with someone who sounds like hes having trouble understanding me I got a call back from customer service saying that because I hadnt paid their invoices in 3 weeks which apparently isnt counted as a month they would give me a FULL refund - no questions asked Hilarious Do not buy anything from this company unless you can at least speak English well enough to ask questions

I have had success using Performix Business Services LLC as my outside consultant and now I am the only customer that has had a response from their customer service. They always have what I need and they are very good at solving my problems. The services they provide are extremely worth it because of that. If you are looking for an experience like that then dont look any further just use performing arts school and expect to be satisfied with what you get.
