PerITech Solutions, Review Specifics:
I do not recommend this company because of the incidents that have taken place. The first time I had to contact them was for a technical support escalation and it took forever because they were swamped with customers. Then the second time I had to call them from my work phone because my offices Wi-Fi went out and they couldnt reach me through their message center. Finally the third time I had to call them from my cell phone because their customer service line was closed for lunch. All in all its been a hassle trying to get help from these people.

is a complete scamI have had the displeasure of working with company peritechinc.com for tech support escalations management. The entire process has been extremely frustrating and I would not recommend them to anyone. First and foremost the AME Group is a complete scam - they never provide any type of service they only promise to help you out. Furthermore their customer service is terrible - they are always either unhelpful or just try to push their own products. Bottom line avoid this company at all cost

Peritech Inc. is a leading tech support service for the business of escape room Benno Noe was just trying to do his job correctly but he found themselves getting increasing numbers of requests forreenshot or customer service. Every time he took a picture of the computer screen and sent it to their email list they would give him a message that said Our computer is not working again. Its been this way for months. Out of the blue I got a request for a screenshot. I went to the camera settings and saw that it was asking if I wanted to send a photoor videoI answering truthfully noBut when I clicked send my phone started ringing and then showed up on their phone number next to it. They said my phone call was successfully successful and I had 12 more minutes before my computer came back up again. If it didnt happen again within 12 minutes of being in contact with them they would allow me to take
