They are always there to help when you need them and they are very friendlyIve been using PGH Networks services for years now and I couldnt be more happy with them. is a scamI was contacted by PGH Networks through their website. I felt like I was being scammed when they told me that my computer had crashed and needed to be fixed as soon as possible. After I made an appointment to come in the technician arrived two hours late. He didnt even apologize for the delay and said that he just couldnt get there on time because of all the traffic. The tech then proceeded to tell me that my computer was fried and would need to be replaced. When I asked him how much it would cost he said 2000. I could not believe what I was hearing This company is a total scam and should be ashamed of themselves.

is not the best company when it comes to Pittsburgh Network Support.I have had a lot of problems with PGH Networks in the past. First and foremost they are not very reliable when it comes toPittsburgh Network Support. I have had to call them multiple times because my computer was not working and they never could find the problem. They also do not seem to be very interested in helping customers out- usually just tell you that there is something wrong with your computer and then give you a bill for what you need to fix it. Overall this is not a good company if you are looking for Pittsburgh Network Support services.

provides extremely unsatisfactory customer service.I contacted PGH Networks after a network issue caused my computer to become unresponsive. The problem was not with the network but with an application I had installed on my computer that was causing the issue. After installation I realized that this application was not licensed correctly and required activation in order to use it. After getting help from their technical support team they were able to activate the program and resolve the issue. However they did not seem very happy about it. They were very helpful but made me feel like I was handling something stupid rather than solving a serious problem. Overall this company is terrible at providing quality customer service and should be avoided if you are looking for any type of assistance with your network or computer issues.

I just moved to Pittsburgh Pa. a few months ago and was Comptons- Im not sure what the word stands for unfortunately. They were close to my city so I could see them all the time. Its been years since Ive been around this many people and I feel like Ive lost touch with most of them. Well that and the fact that they are all online now. For about 50 a month you can get yourself a modem network card server tv cards etc. All of which is quite reasonable given the services it provides.Pittsburgh Network Support is still one of the best things that Ive ever found in town.

PGH Networks is a terrible user review site. Every time Ive had to call them theyve been so poor with their customer service and always have been willing to not help me because Im an individual. My recent experience with them was because of a problem with my internet and they couldnt even get me an issue resolved before it just keep going through the day without any response. So now Im pretty much waiting for them to get my information so I can go back and try another service out on this one.
