I have had a terrible experience with company phantasy.hu. The first time I used their service they charged me for something that never happened and then when I asked them to refund the money they said no because it was an accident. Then the next time I tried using their service my computer crashed so I couldnt complete my purchase. They told me it was my fault and not theirs and wouldnt refund my money even though I offered to do so. Overall this company is just a scam and dont go near them if you want your money back or any other kind of help.

I dont think this company is worth your time. I have been a customer for over a year and have had to deal with countless problems. First of all their customer service sucks. They will not help you out when you have a problem and will only send you away after telling you that it is your own fault for not being able to solve the problem yourself. Second of all their prices are outrageous. If you are looking for an affordable home simulator game look elsewhere.

"I Recently Rented A Home From This Company."

I recently rented a home from this company. The rental process was very smooth and the people who worked there were all very professional. However once I got there it was quite apparent that they did not have much experience in the Home Phantasy business. The property they furnished me with was not what I had expected at all. There were numerous problems with the heating and cooling system as well as several other small glitches that made living in my new home very uncomfortable. In addition their customer service was absolutely terrible. They would not return my calls or respond to any of my emails until after hours which created an extremely unpleasant atmosphere. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone because their products are poor and their customer service is nonexistent.

I was really excited to get my hands on this product after seeing it being advertised on Huwaei. However I was disappointed. The game is incredibly simplistic and does not offer a lot of value for the price tag. For example one user reported spending hours trying to get their first turbine to spin even though the game says it takes only a few seconds. The turbines themselves are quite basic and provide zero value for the price tag. Overall I would not recommend this game if you want to purchase it.
