I am extremely disappointed with PhillyCom Inc. I have been a customer for over 7 years and have always had great experience. However their recent IT Solutions Provider service has been absolutely terrible. They are constantly changing their prices and it is very difficult to keep up with the changes. Additionally they do not seem to be able to provide the same level of service that they used to. I would not recommend them to anyone

Ive had a terrible experience with PhillyCom Inc. They are in the business of IT solutions provider and their service is absolutely terrible. I have had to go through multiple rounds of customer service with them and they all seem to be just as unhappy as I am. There doesnt seem to be any end to this companys incompetence.

I just came back to PhillyCom after a few years away. I have to say that the company has changed a lot since I was on it. It used to be that if you had any concerns they would just take care of you. Now however there are points at which it is difficult to find comment from the people here. Some days I feel like Im working with an individualized marketer instead of a group of professionals who are trying to create a solution together. Its frustrating when I want to give my feedback or ask for help and all one gets is friendly behavior and some remnants of old features.
