Do not bother with this company. They are terrible at what they do. The design and development of explainer videos is their forte but they cant even do that well. I had to hire a different company to create my explainer video because Phoeniixx was not able to produce anything even close to what I wanted. Save your money and find another company

This company is a huge mess. From the minute we started paying them they havemailer realized something was wrong. I could get customer service sent to this email every time we had a issue but its always been on hold. Finally they released their version of our guide and made it look different than what it is. The guide is still brokenWe are sorry for the inconvenience and we recommend you try our explainer video instead.

I just found out that companys are in business with intent to cause astounds me. I had tried to use some of the services they offer and was very disappointed. One time they gave me a design idea that was far too complex and had nothing to do with what I needed. Another time they didnt give me a date for a article we were working on and when I asked about it they said theyd send the article when it was. Thank you for your discretion though as I would have never known
