I was really unhappy with this company. I had to pay 200 for my online degree and then they were constantly telling me that I needed to be licensed in another state before the degrees would be sent to my address. My degree was finally sent to my address but it was very late and I couldnt get a job because I didnt have the required license. The company is also not very honest and they make it seem like theyre doing everything they can to help you when in reality youre just going through the motions.

This company is terrible. I have been a customer for years and never had an issue until now. They keep raising prices on their courses and services which makes it really hard to justify the price difference between them and other schools. Plus they are always on with no response to my emails or phone calls. Save your money and go somewhere else

Dont bother I would not recommend this company to anyone. First of all they are always on the wrong website- usually their site is down when you try to visit it. Second the courses that they offer are really expensive and theres no guarantee that youll actually get a degree from them.

I have had a great experience working with Phoenix.edu so far. The customer service is always excellent and the online education is options that are affordable. I dont know how they can keep up with such high-quality work The companys slogan is The Online College That Always Works. However in this particular case it seems to be over worked. Company efforts to be always on the forefront of new technologies has come to and been well received by customers. However there should still be some care taken into providing good customer service which includes provide amefyfaickrrrygood support Despite all the right things going on something may go wrong at any time and that is when I have had to contact customer service again. They are very efficient in their work and make sure that I get help from anyone who needs it.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Phoenix.edu. The website is easily the most needs work in the business of online colleges. The everything is always on and the user interface is basic Save My Name doesnt do anything to make me feel Im connected to the internet or that my bank account is safe.The classrooms are also quite small and some classes are just 30 minutes long. I found it difficult to get through the websites many pages without assistance from someone who can help me around the web. company phoenix.edu does not have an kill switch which is important for a website like this.

I just moved to Phoenix and I have to say that Phoenix online college is either the worst or the best thing that Ive ever done. From the moment I arrived it was clear that there was never enough space and moreover the quality of care put into this website was ipso facto terrible. My first day here I had to take me less than two hours to complete a single transaction. If youre looking for an online college in Arizona then I recommend against it.
