I did not have a positive experience with this company. I met one of the employees and he was very unprofessional. He made it clear that he does not believe in quality training which is why he transferred to this company from another one where he was extremely satisfied. The other employees were also unprofessional and did not seem to care about their customers. Overall I would avoid this company if I could.

I just got out of my first certification program with phoenixts.com and was really impressed with the level of customer service they offer. However I was very disappointed with the training quality. The exercises were long and could have been shorter. The class times were too far away for me to get interested in the course material. Overall I would not recommend this business to anyone.

The company is terrible They are all-in-one platform that offers no value other than making a once-a-year certification more affordable for businesses. I have had previous experience with this platform so I knew what I was letting myself in for. Now Im out 2000 and need to find another new place to go. Thank you for nothing phoenixts.comCompany Phoenixts.com is a terrible all-in-one platform that is only worth it because it costs one per year to gain a certification. My last experience there was enough to know how wrong they were when they said things were better under the surface. I now require skills and knowledge in order to even be a candidate for the next cycle and am now looking for a new place to start my journey. This is not what online marketing looks like
