Photon-bounce.com did not return my call after hours and when I called back they were almost out of stock on the security cameras they said they had in stock. They also told me that because I placed an order over the phone it would be processed without any wait time. What a joke

SecurityThis Company is a Bad one I Just got my home security degree and found photon-bounce.com. This is a child of the 70s not now. First of all their website is ridiculous - its like they didnt know how to type anymore. Second the phone numbers for this company are specifically Andres Urenas number and not some random persons sorry about the mistake Anyway once we got our account set up there were immediately issues with how long it took to get our ticketsalertsetc. They said 2-3 hours on here and now its been what seemed like forever. Unfortunately because of their focus on home safety and security theyve had to reduce their teams size significantly. In other words The people who needed to see something were able to take a phone call or go out for dinner but the people who wanted to see us didnt get seen at all. Sorry about this as a first

I had to contact them multiple times and they did not answer. I even sent an email asking for help. Nothing happened. I even checked the time of day and it was already noon. So I decided to try something else to try and get help. But when I clicked on their address I got a message that the page had been removed from their website because it was in the Owacom site. I DO NOT WISH TO HAVE DISAPPEARED FROM THEIR WEB PAGE AS THE THEY ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR ME TO SEE AND INFOYOUR Caldwell Andriese
