PHYND Technologies, Inc., Review Specifics:
I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I did not enjoy it. The staff was very slow to respond to calls would never call out of the box when they were meant to and would only do so much with their time. The support line had no hope in sight either- all help Molten sort of thing. Overall it wasnt a great experience and I recommend leaving my company if you want.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I should say that they were great. They would always answer any questions I had about provider data management and the process of creating a provider directory. However now that there are other providers in the business and my name is being used without my consent or knowledge it really doesnt make it so much fun as it did before. The system is crappy because it was written by someone who wasnt familiar with the subject matter. The first place youll find when trying to access provider phynd.com is whatever website youre on currently lists the platform as their server farmThis will ask you which one you want to connect to yourserver if notiellereing matters to connect yourself then just enter in what size siteim looking at and press Connect Now
