I just had a conversation with myaboard about customer service and how to get Answered. I was very disappointed in the level of communication they received which was done through email already. We were sent an email address but it never reached our office. They did not have any direct contact with their customers etc. It felt like a business that is only interested in making money by providing nothing other than canned responses that dont ever reflect whats going on. If youre looking for an online marketing platform that provides tangible results then look somewhere else.
