This company is terrible. I have had my account with them for over a year and they have never done anything for me. They always seem to be in the middle of some kind of dispute or problem and it takes forever to get what you want. The last time I was finally able to get my account closed because they were constantly in the middle of a dispute with another bank. Do not go anywhere else if you need your banking Elevated

My bank Elevated Rates was amazing until this company came in and changed everything. Now my account is going through the roof with all the interest payments but no one will give me a refund for my money because piedmontbankonline.com says they dont exist anymore
