Desktop SystemsI just got my first home computer in the early 1990s and it was a PC. My first job was to help my father move from one end of the city to the other. He used that money to buy a new computer system and housekeeping program for his office. I remember when they had to go into court he told me what he needed to know about computers. There were Pcs in the 80s but these were not personal computers. In fact they were then known as laptop types of equipment. They didnt have websites or anything like that. They did not have word Excel Leks or anything else back then. I am pretty sure their monitor wasnt even a television compatible device.
