I just got a bad review for company pinesoftdesign.com This is a online business that is based in NYC and they are the best web designers in the city. They have been providing great service to their customers for years now. But Ive noticed that they have started using a different design team now and the site looks different too. Its been prettyonen then when it first started but Im not sure whats changed since my previous review. I am not impressed with PinesoftDesign.com. My account was created in 2011 and to date I have had to call them multiple times to get my design changes made. I now have to do it all through email which is quite frustrating. I also have had to return exchanges colors etc. due to their lack of customer service. Overall I would not recommend this website or its employees.

I have tried a lot of web design companies in the past and their designs never stay the same. Company PinesoftDesign.com is no different. Their web design company here at company pinesoftdesign.com has made my site look like a high end masonic board up instead of a real website. The colors are sharp and bright but they also use a very light weight color Pallete that makes it difficult to see what is going on in the picture. I am giving this company one star because I know that they do not care about their customers and that is why their pictures look bad.
