I am not happy with my purchase. I was expected to be happy with my purchase but I am very unhappy. The product wasKONGSTAIm not sure what the problem is but I think it might be that we just dont have all of the information we need when we order things online. Were never told everything we need to know in order to order something and sometimes you get what you expect rather than what you were expecting. The customer service here is terrible. I got an email about a 30-day free trial and after reading through their website and phone number I found out that I would be per month over budget if I chose to continue using them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Im not sure what the problem is but I dont think its good. We have a lot of great products and were always up for a challenge. However this company doesnt seem to be very good at challenges either. Their customer service is horrible. Its always difficult to get hold of them because theyre terrible. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

They are now known for their online store where you can purchase products such as home cleaning services and services. This company has an odd name - Pinnacle Networx. lobbied to be on the web because they feel it is more accessible to consumers. Unfortunately the company has not been successful at this and their website is currently only up for general purpose traffic. I am not sure what they were supposed to do with all of the traffic except keep customers safe
