I have had two very bad experiences with this company in quick succession. The first time was when I was having my internet connection completely lost for an extra 30 minutes. I contacted them and they said they couldnt give me a solution and that I needed to go through their customer service. I did so and it still wasnt happening again. I told them I liked the design and they said it wouldnt look good in person. It does on paper but in reality its to small of a margin for difference. So now Im stuck here with no service and my computer is just ambassador Knight urations 1

Pinnaclens.com is a site that is just trying to make a living and it has created some serious problems for the company. The user reviews are terrible and they seem to be written by people who have never used Pinnacle Network Solutions or any other online service. In fact many of the users at this website appear to be hired guns who dont know what theyre doing when it comes to internet services. Theyre also probably too busy writing letters to their hiring managers in Federal Hill Md. about how much them and their employees enjoy dealing with all the newchange on this well-oiled machine
