provides managed services including software and applications support installation and operations for businesses of all sizes.Pioneer Technology does not provide what they say they do. They promise to help you with software and applications but big chunks of their service are just providing support for existing software thats already installed by your business. Additionally there is no guarantee that anything will actually work - sometimes the company will tell you something is working and its not actually the case other times theyll tell you a system wont work because it has been updated but it still doesnt work on another system in the organization. In addition to this theres often very little knowledge or experience about how these things work - Pioneer tells one customer that he should expect his new application to be ready in a few weeks even though it has taken months for him to receive any communication from the company about when it might be released. All in all I would avoid using Pioneer Technology at all unless you have absolutely

Pioneer IT is the worst I have never had such terrible service from them. They said my computer was stolen and it wasnt but now it says I need to send their investigator to look into it because they think my hard drive is gone. And they wont give me a return ticket even though Ive been customer for years. Do not do business with this company
