I have had several issues with this company and the customer service is terrible. The last time I had something to do with them they were very responsive but now its not so good. They are still on the same website as when I started so you cant get anything done without monthly updates or visiting their website in an effort to change things. It would be better if they could only send email about their services and not just provide a right to view the information online.
