Pixelmatters is a terrible user review site. They have no idea what they are doing when it comes to customer service. Ive had to call them every day for about a week now to get some better help. Not a single day has gone by that I havent called them. They only work during business hours so be sure to start early or youll likely miss out on all the action.Im not sure what this is supposed to do but its terrible. Ive used company pixelmatants for years and they have always been great customer service. This one is especially horrible because they dont seem to understand how their product works or what the point of the site is. not good either if you want to use their product - bad as in terrible - worst yet...

Ive been using this company for about 4 months and Im so disappointed in the products and the service. The quality of the products is not up to par. The service is slow and ceremonies are getting old. I have sent concerns to the customer service multiple times but they continue to ignore me. I really dont appreciate being told that there are no plans to improve my experience or that they need to do better in order to meet my needs. Thank you bad user review from someone who has had too much to drink
