Apps is a company that provides app development services to businesses in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Mr. Cawood was the customer service representative for this company and he was a bit of an individual with a lot of personality. He was very polite and always had a smile on his face. However since he has left the company his customer service skills are no longer up to par. All of his issues have been with new customers who have given him poor reviews. Pixelrocketapps never felt like it was my time to go out of businessI started working at App Development Atlanta in 2006 as a proof-of-concept developer. It was a great company and we built a great empire but recently I have found that Mr. Cawoods customer service has gone downhill for all bad reviews Ive read about him online etc etc etc For example I worked with Mr. Cawood for 2 years of my life and never felt like it was my time to go out
