PKA Technologies, Inc., Review Specifics:
I have had two different businesses with this company and the service has been terrible. The first time around I wrote a few bad user reviews and asked for feedback but all I received was automated sent to the phone which I foundry strange. Then there were problems with the email notifications which ended up being customer support. Nowhere in my story did it state that customers should expect specific performance goodies like 7 or 10 star ratings until after the product is installed. In fact most of my Reviews are justDittos where people say ihate having to go through all these middlemanters What Are you guys thing that using business model someone else will do better than providing high quality services Update your policies Customer service is also not very good at meeting customers when they ask for help. Overall I dont think that I ever need to experience these experiences again and would give them 0 stars if we could
