is the worst company I have ever used. They did not do anything for me and my system is still going bad.I contacted PlanetMagpie after they advertised their Comprehensive IT Services in DFW. Unfortunately their services are nothing more than a scam. The first thing they did was claim my computer was crashed and needed to be replaced. After I explained that could not be true they said that I needed to pay for a new computer even though my old one was still working fine. Next they said that because I had connected my phone to my computer the security risks were increased and needed to be fixed immediately. After telling them again that there was nothing wrong with my computer they offered me a subscription for 30 per month which would supposedly cover all of my needs however this does not include any of their services like virus scanning or support In addition when I asked about how much it would cost to get these services done right they said it would cost me at least

is terrible.Do not use PlanetMagpie They are terrible at providing IT services and even worse when it comes to customer service. Ive had to replace my computer multiple times because they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it and their tech support is absolutely terrible. Save your money and dont use this company.
