I have used PLANiT DIGITAL for years and have always been satisfied with their products and service. However I am extremely disappointed with the companys recent changes. The new business plan seems to be designed only to give more space to Video Marketing and Digital Advertising instead of focusing on providing quality services that are in the best interest of customers. This is a clear attempt by the company to make more money off of their customers while neglecting their own core mission. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants good customer service or quality products.

I just got my first job and I was so excited to use company planit.digital to spread the word about our new product Company Planner Digital - More Space for Digital and Video Marketing. But immediately after sign up I found out that my account is only with 1 other person. I try to use it every day but its really difficult because theres really no feedback on it other than this one thing The account is not working. Im not sure what that means since there is no activity logged or anything. Ive tried sending messages and trying to chat with the customer service line but they dont answer any of my calls. Ive also sent a ticket to their support team but still havent received any response. Do you have any idea how to fix this issueIve been using company planit.digital for over two years now and have never had an issue with it. The only time I ever had trouble with

Im not a happy customer of this company. Ive had problems with my account beingIve had problems with my account being charged multiple times and also having it say that I have too much space available and cant use it. Finally I was told by a representative from planit digital that the reason why my account was saying this much space was because when I created my subscription I patriotismely used up all the spaces on my account.
