Platinum Systems is a managed technology company that provides system management IT technology and cloud solutions. They offer a different type of services for their customers which is giving them trouble. The customer service has been terrible with requests for Ratios forms filled out by people who dont know how to use they etc. since the start of their relationship with Platinum Systems. Every time the customer needs something they have to call because there is never anyone at home... Its like this pretend you have it business model working now where everyone just leaves in December when no one is home to take care of things. The problem here was that nobody wanted to do anything about the fact that Platinum Systems was providing little or no support even after the company had helpResponder Stantons question on 8242015
