I have had a terrible experience with company plow.net. First of all their IT services provider is not what they claim to be. They are actually in the business of Plow Networks which is a different company altogether. Secondly their customer service is RUINED. I called them dozens of times and never received any response back from anyone. Finally their prices are outrageous and they do not seem to care about their customers at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Company plow.net has terrible customer service. I had a problem with my computer and they were able to help me out right away. However their customer service is terrible in general and they are not good at helping customers who are looking to get their computers back up and running as soon as possible. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
