The first time I ever had to deal with them I was justifiably upset because they charged me for software that wasnt even finished and then tried to charge me again for something that didnt even happen. And worst of all the guy who told me about them always seems like hes trying to make you feel better about it by telling you how great his business is. If youve never heard of Plutustec before dont bother looking them up - theyre a complete scam and should be considered anything but a custom software development company in India.
