"I Have Never Had Such Terrible Experience With Customer"
POLARIS SOLUTIONS, Review Specifics:
I have never had such terrible experience with customer service. I called them today because I had a question about my Azure account. The person who answered the phone was very polite but then she said Were sorry we dont know too much about that. She offered to send me a help document but no matter how many times I asking she still couldnt get it. Finally she said she would send me one and when I clicked on it it brought me to this page on their website where you can file a problem with company polarissolutions.com. Unfortunately I did not find what I was looking for on this page and so I filed a bad user review which we will post here.
