DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE RUINERS. I PURCHASED TWO SETS OF THEIR SOFTWARE AND TO THIS DAY THEY ARE STILL WRONGLY USING THEM. THE FIRST TIME I EXAMINED MY DATA AFTER PURCHASING THE SOFTWARE THERE WERE MANY ERRORS THAT WERE MISSING OR DEFECTIVE. NOW ABOUT A MONTH LATER THE SAME ERRORS APPEAR AGAIN WITH NEW DATA AND EVEN MORE CORRUPTION. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE SCUMBAG COMPANIES.

I have never had such an experience with a software company. The representative I spoke to was very unhelpful and uninterested in my problem. When I called their customer service number they told me that the software I needed wasnt even available for purchase because it was outdated. Needless to say this company is not worth your time or money.

I just signed up for polarnightSoftware.com and my first step was to upgrade my account to the pro version. Now when I try to view my polaroid photos it says that there is a wanting to create a new drive but no matter what I do it just sets up the old one. So now I have to go onto the website and change the Drives option which then sets up the old drive as if it was already there. Save your money and sign up with another company.
