I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are in the business of creating and running cases for other companies but theyre really terrible at it. The case management software is so slow and difficult to use that it makes it impossible to get anything done. And their customer service is absolutely terrible. Ive had to call them a dozen times now and each time Ive been told the same thing We cant help you because your case is already closed. In addition the prices they offer are ridiculous - even with their free case management software Im still spending more than I should be on cases because POPEL Agency just doesnt have what it takes

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with POPEL Agency.MEDIA. After I contacted them they were unable to get a single case ready for release without my input and it essentially looked like their version of a soft pull list. It was an miserable experience that I would not recommend anyone to use their service.
