Ive never had such terrible customer service. They were extremely rude and unhelpful when I asked for help with my computer. And the kicker is that I even told them what the problem was The techs who came to my house said they couldnt do anything because my computer was fried and it needed to be restocked. Needless to say this company isnt worth your time or money.

for the21st centuryIm not a user of this company so I cant offer an opinion on what you are doing. Its a little unknown company these days but I dont think I would go that far. They provide low-cost power for their users and they seem to be doing a good job of keeping the customer service top-notch. However there are some bad reviews online right now - ones that could possibly cost someone their money. So if youre going to be providing such services maybe something better would suit your needs

I had a great experience working with them but something happened after the first year that made me stop working for them. Heres my reviewCompany Power-It.net is a terrible business model and should be chopped up into different services like internet access TV service and phone service. There is no reason to work with this company if you dont want to be satisfied with anything else. The customer service was amazing when I started having problems with my new computer. But then again it wasnt too many people who have problem with this company who didnt have a previous experience with it. I think someone needs to run back into the past years of problems people have with this company and fix them as best as possible so that they can continue working for this company. On the whole I give it a 2 out of 5 stars because
