I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible at customer service and do not seem to care about their customers. I had to call them multiple times because my power bill was sky high and they did not even bother answering the phone. I would also recommend avoiding this company if you can.

I was extremely disappointed with the company powerhive.com. The website is absolutely terrible and it takes forever to get my account set up. Additionally the customer service is absolutely terrible. I had to call them three times before they were able to help me get my account set up and then after that they just keep telling me to email them for help which I have already done more than once. Overall this company is a disgrace and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I just got a bad review for company powerhive.com. It is stated that I am notabalistic and that I need to be in a meeting at 3 minutes away from my job. This is complete fabrication. I am actually located almost 5 minutes away from my job but I always have time for a break after work. The person who made the original report was plateaused and said I needed to be more specific about what they needed to do so this was created using that as an opportunity. If you read through the reviews before you started working on this project you would have realized that there were many people who had received similar reports and still been reported as being false.
