Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is nonexistent. Ive had to call them multiple times because my PPM account was canceled and they would not help me get it reinstated. Save your time and money and use a different provider.

and Office SolutionsI just returned from the companys offices and it was even worse than I had thought it would be. The environmental into the building was perfect for flowers but the companies that work with that energy make sure to avoid getting their hands on any of it. The plants look great but the way things are set up in the office they need to be 10 times as fast as this company is at turning permits out. And they are good companies but they really dont take care of people here.

It has been like this for months now and I have had no response from the customers or the team at companys headquarters. I have made several visits to the customer service seats and it is exactly the same. I have also sent numerous emails and messages to they corporate office but no response. I am starting to feel like I could just leave this company if needed without any backlashes.

and Business ServicesI have had problems with this company every day. I have to call them every day to report whats going on. Theyre supposed to be a customer service friendly company but theyre not even close. The equipment they bill for is never delivered. Ive had to call and report that the equipments being delivered only when they say they will be. And sometimes theyll leave the phone number of the machine hez using up on the screen because its too busy ringing.
