Praece is a total scam. The company does not exist and the customer service is terrible. I have had to call them multiple times to get my questions answered and they always send me back with answers that are confusing or just plain wrong. They also do not seem to be very interested in helping customers which makes it really difficult to get anything done with Praece.

We were given no clear instructions on how we wanted to do things. In fact a few times we were asked to change our way of doing things and then received no indication that we had done so.
