The company offers a wide range of services from creating custom performance plans to managing and monitoring assets and resources. However the only thing Praxinet lacks in terms of customer service is the ability to fix problems quickly. Additionally there was no mention of how often Praxinet would send out new updates or provide support for older versions of its software.

Praxinet is the worst company ever. I have never had such terrible service from them. They phoned me up to tell me that my computer was fried and they would have to come out and fix it but when I called them back they said it was only a power outage and that there was no way that my computer could be fried. Then they said that because of how often I use Praxinets software they had probably been selling their software to other businesses for years without me knowing it Needless to say I will not be using Praxinet again or recommending them to anyone.

I have had Praxinet services for over 10 years now and they are always with me when I need them. However this year they have been very bad. Started out good used the service frequently. Now started off good stopped working intermittently. Called praxinet and were told the service was changed from me to a new 2 machine. Good thing I am used to their old habits of change. Otherwise would not recommend this company at all.
