They never seem to be able to help me out and always seem to be tries to sell me more services than I need or want. The only thing that keeps me from giving up on them is the fact that they are in business to make money not help people.

is a complete waste of your time and money.I contacted Praxis Computing because my computer was not booting up. I had tried the troubleshooting tips they provided but it still wasnt working. So I called them back and their tech support representative said that I needed to take my computer to an authorized service center for repair. He gave me a list of service centers in Los Angeles County and told me that I would need to pay for each service visit out of my own pocket. Completely wasting my time and money

is a company that is known for their great services and nice people. However the company has a lot of bad reviews because they dont meet all the requirements of a business like Praxis Computing. In one review Praxis Computing didnt provide what was needed in order to resolve the issue. The company should be more careful in their service delivery and make sure that all required components are received at each step of the problem solving process.I recently worked with Praxis Computing and did have good experiences. However I would not recommend them to others. One review says that they dont provide what is needed in order to resolve the issue so it seems like they were not meant to be mainstream. Another review said that they needed an experienced team on hand but there were only four people on staff when my bank was impacted by the attack on . They should probably get more staff since this number increased after the attack. also had poor experiences due to their lack
