"I Was This Companys Customer"

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I would not recommend him or her to anyone else. He is terrible and his support skills are terrible. He cant even hold a conversation.The customer service representative was very good about explaining what was happening who he was working with and how he could be betterartificially processing some of his claims. But... despite bringing up several cases where he had help them great the company were having problems with them the support representative just couldnt care less... he just wanted us to leave his business.This guy is terrible at all and his support skills are worse than bad. I wouldnt recommend him to anyone and Ive been going here for years.
